1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Space Coast Labs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Space Coast Labs provides artificial intelligence consulting, development, and implementation services, including but not limited to:
- Custom AI agent deployment and system integration
- Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) setup
- Conversational AI and chatbot development
- Workflow automation solutions
- Google Workspace integrations
- AI voice assistant development
- SEO optimization services
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
- Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials or access provided
- Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or unethical purposes
- Provide timely feedback and approvals as needed for project completion
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement:
- Client retains ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property
- Upon full payment, client receives ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their project
- Space Coast Labs retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies
- We may use anonymized project learnings to improve our services
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project proposals or service agreements. Standard terms include:
- Deposits may be required before project commencement
- Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise specified
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Space Coast Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. AI-Specific Disclaimers
You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI systems may produce unexpected or incorrect outputs
- Human oversight is recommended for critical business decisions
- We make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI-generated content
- Third-party AI models and APIs are subject to their own terms and limitations
- AI performance may vary based on input quality and use case complexity
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, customer data, and any other sensitive information.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual project agreements. Upon termination:
- Client is responsible for payment of all work completed
- All confidentiality obligations survive termination
- Access to our systems and tools will be revoked
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Brevard County, Florida.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
